Are all pieces exactly as shown?

Some pieces are one of a kind.
For these, the item shown in the photos is exactly what you will receive.

Other pieces are made from the same type of natural mineral.
In these cases, your piece will be selected and assembled from similar stones with matching character and structure.

No two will be identical — but they will always remain true to the original piece.

What does “One of a Kind” mean?

It means the piece shown is the only one.
You will receive the exact item in the photos — with its specific shape, structure, and natural details.

Can I request a custom piece?

In some cases, yes.
If you have a specific idea or would like a piece using one of our existing settings (rings, necklaces, or earrings), feel free to reach out to us.
If it is within our capabilities, we will do our best to create something for you.

What materials do you use?

We work with a range of materials.

Brass may develop a warmer tone over time.
Sterling silver may naturally oxidise.

Some pieces are finished with gold, palladium, or black rhodium plating.
With time and wear, these surfaces may soften, revealing the material beneath.

These changes are not flaws,
but part of how materials evolve.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

We use materials such as sterling silver,
surgical steel, and titanium where possible.

Many pieces are also plated, which can help reduce direct contact with the base material.

Titanium is used especially for earrings, and is known for its stability and biocompatibility.

However, sensitivity varies from person to person. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend choosing pieces made with these materials.

Where are your pieces made?

Our pieces are made to order using natural minerals sourced from different regions.

Production is handled through our workshop in China, allowing us to stay close to sourcing and work directly with materials at their origin.

This approach helps us balance natural uniqueness with considered pricing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary by location, typically between 6–12 business days, with some regions taking slightly longer.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

No. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all duties and taxes are included.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy
from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
