Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

How to start a return: To initiate a return, you must contact us first at contact@oryssia.com and receive a return address from us. Returns sent without prior authorisation and a confirmed return address will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@oryssia.com.
