About This Piece

A raw twin-stone ring featuring Apophyllite from India and Peridot from Pakistan. The Apophyllite has a bright white, crystalline texture, while the Peridot adds a fresh yellow-green contrast on the opposite side.

Apophyllite is loved by mineral collectors for its glassy sparkle and naturally reflective crystal faces. Its name comes from the Greek apophylliso, meaning “to flake off,” referring to the way the mineral can separate or exfoliate when heated. Peridot, the gem variety of olivine, has been admired since ancient times and was once called the “gem of the sun” for its luminous green glow.

What makes this ring special is the contrast between light and color: icy white Apophyllite brings clarity and texture, while Peridot adds warmth, freshness, and a natural green point of energy. Together, they feel clean, bright, and quietly uplifting.

Stone Meaning

Apophyllite is often associated with clarity, openness, and lightness. It is often seen as a stone linked to clear space, fresh energy, and a sense of calm brightness.

Peridot is often connected with vitality, renewal, and forward movement. Its vivid green tone has long made it a stone associated with growth, confidence, and positive momentum.

Together, the two stones create a balance of clarity and growth — meaningful for someone drawn to fresh beginnings, emotional lightness, and quiet inner balance.

Details

Stone: Apophyllite (India), Peridot (Pakistan)

Formation:
Apophyllite is a hydrated potassium calcium silicate mineral that commonly forms in cavities within basalt and other volcanic rocks. It is known for its glassy lustre, high reflectivity, and well-formed crystals, which often develop as sharp pyramidal or blocky terminations.

Peridot is the gem variety of olivine, a magnesium iron silicate mineral whose green colour comes from iron within the crystal structure. It forms in high-temperature geological environments and is one of the few gemstones that occurs in only one main colour family.

Ring material: Brass with silver-tone finish.
Alternative finishes and sterling silver versions may be available upon request, depending on the design.
