Formation:
Aquamarine and Morganite are both varieties of beryl, formed in pegmatite environments over millions of years as mineral-rich fluids slowly crystallize. Their different colors come from trace elements within the crystal structure, giving rise to cool blue aquamarine and soft pink morganite.
