About This Piece
About This Piece
A twin stone ring featuring Aquamarine and Morganite from Brazil, hand-cut and polished to preserve the natural character of each crystal.
Both stones belong to the beryl family, yet tiny differences in trace elements create entirely different colors — aquamarine in cool ocean blue, and morganite in soft pink.
Named after the sea, Aquamarine has long been associated with calm and clear thought. Morganite, discovered much later and admired for its delicate blush tone, is often seen as the gentler expression of the same mineral family.
Two forms of beryl,
held in quiet balance —
clarity on one side, warmth on the other.

Details
Stone: Aquamarine, Morganite
Source: Brazil
Formation: Aquamarine and Morganite both form as varieties of beryl in pegmatitic environments, where mineral-rich fluids allow large crystals to grow slowly over time. Their colors come from different trace elements within the same crystal structure — iron produces the blue of aquamarine, while manganese gives morganite its soft pink tone. Although they share the same mineral origin, variations in chemistry during formation result in distinct color expressions.
Ring material:Brass with silver-tone finish.
