Formation:
Quartz forms from silica-rich fluids inside rock cavities, gradually growing into pointed crystals as the solution cools and deposits silicon dioxide. Lemurian Quartz is recognised by its distinctive horizontal striations, created during crystal growth. Dolomite forms as a calcium magnesium carbonate mineral and can grow with Quartz in mineral-rich geological environments.
