About This Piece

A natural creedite specimen set as mineral specimen jewelry. Creedite is especially known for its radiating crystal habit, often forming in delicate sprays and clustered points that seem to open outward from the centre. That structure gives it a lighter, almost frost-like appearance compared with denser mineral specimens. Collectors are often drawn to creedite for its unusual texture and soft palette, especially when pale pink, white, and translucent tones appear together in one piece. In wearable form, it keeps the look of a true specimen rather than a cut stone, which is part of what makes it so distinctive.

Stone Meaning

Creedite is often associated with clarity, expansion, and a sense of energetic opening. Many people are drawn to it for its light, uplifting, and quietly transformative feel.

Details

Stone: Creedite

Source: China

Formation:
Creedite is a calcium aluminium sulfate fluoride mineral that typically forms in the oxidized zones of fluorine-rich hydrothermal deposits. It often develops as slender prismatic to acicular crystals, which can grow in radiating clusters, sprays, or rounded aggregates. This outward, starburst-like habit is one of its most recognizable features. Depending on trace elements and growth conditions, creedite may appear colorless, white, orange, lavender, or pale pink, and fine intergrowths can give the surface a soft sparkling texture.

Ring material: Brass with silver-tone finish.
Alternative finishes and sterling silver versions may be available upon request, depending on the design.
