Formation:
Epidote and Quartz commonly form in metamorphic and hydrothermal environments, where heat, pressure, and mineral-rich fluids allow new crystals to grow within fractures, cavities, or altered host rock.

Quartz crystallizes from silica-rich fluids into clear crystal points, while Epidote develops as deep green mineral growth under calcium-, aluminium-, and iron-rich conditions. When they form together, they create a natural co-growth specimen — clear Quartz beside dark green Epidote, preserving both contrast and raw geological texture in the same piece.
