About This Piece
About This Piece
A miniature crystal landscape captured in ring form.
This piece features a natural cluster of dark green epidote and clear quartz, left in its raw structure rather than cut into uniform shapes. The contrast between the deep green crystal growth and the transparent quartz points gives it a wild, sculptural beauty — almost like a tiny mineral garden formed underground.
Epidote and quartz are often admired together for the balance they suggest: growth and clarity, depth and light, transformation and focus.
Stone Meaning
Stone Meaning
Epidote is often associated with growth, renewal, and personal transformation, while quartz is widely linked to clarity, focus, and energy amplification. Together, they are often appreciated as a pairing that reflects both movement and balance.

Stone:
Epidote and Quartz (China)
Formation:
Epidote commonly forms in metamorphic rocks and hydrothermal veins, where heat, pressure, and mineral-rich fluids alter earlier rock structures and allow new minerals to crystallize. Quartz forms from silica-rich fluids that deposit crystals inside fractures, cavities, or open spaces in the host rock. In this piece, the quartz cluster provides the clear crystalline structure, while epidote appears as green mineral growth associated with the cluster, giving the specimen its natural contrast and raw mineral texture.
Ring material:
Brass with silver-tone finish.
Alternative finishes and sterling silver versions may be available upon request, depending on the design.
