About This Piece
About This Piece
This ring brings together Purple Fluorite from China and Amethyst from Brazil in a delicate flower design. The petals are cut from raw fluorite and shaped by hand, revealing the stone’s soft translucency and natural internal zoning, while the amethyst at the centre and side adds a deeper violet contrast.
Fluorite has long been admired for its colour layering and glassy clarity, while amethyst takes its name from the Greek word amethystos, once associated with sobriety and clear-mindedness.
Together, they create a piece that feels light, luminous, and quietly composed.

Details
Details
Stone: Purple Fluorite (China), Amethyst (Brazil)
Formation:
Fluorite is a calcium fluoride mineral that commonly forms in hydrothermal environments and is known for its wide range of colours, transparency, and visible internal zoning. Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz, with its colour formed through trace iron and natural irradiation over time. In this design, the softer translucency of fluorite is paired with the deeper violet tone of amethyst, creating contrast in both structure and colour.
Ring material: Brass with silver-tone finish.
Alternative finishes and sterling silver versions may be available upon request, depending on the design.
