About This Piece

A two-stone mineral ring pairing Purple Grape Agate from Indonesia with a raw hexagonal Aquamarine crystal from Pakistan. The aquamarine forms a long, pale blue column across the front, while the purple grape agate sits above it in rounded botryoidal clusters, creating a contrast between linear crystal structure and soft clustered texture.

Purple Grape Agate is a trade name commonly used for botryoidal chalcedony, loved for its naturally rounded, grape-like formations. Aquamarine belongs to the beryl family, the same mineral group as emerald and morganite, and its name comes from the Latin aqua marina, meaning “water of the sea.”

What makes this ring special is the difference in natural form: the aquamarine keeps its elongated hexagonal growth habit, while the grape agate grows in soft bubble-like clusters. Together, they feel calm, fresh, and quietly unusual — like water and clouds held in mineral form.

Stone Meaning

Aquamarine is often associated with calm, emotional balance, and clear communication. Its soft blue tone gives the ring a peaceful, water-like feeling.

Purple Grape Agate is commonly linked with calmness, emotional ease, and gentle grounding. Together, the two stones create a soft but steady combination — meaningful for someone drawn to peace, softness, and quiet emotional clarity.

Details

Stone: Purple Grape Agate (Indonesia), Aquamarine (Pakistan)

Formation:
Purple Grape Agate is a botryoidal form of chalcedony, made of tiny quartz crystals that grow in rounded clusters. Its grape-like surface forms naturally as silica-rich fluids deposit layers of microcrystalline quartz over time.

Aquamarine is a blue variety of beryl that commonly forms in pegmatite environments. Its elongated hexagonal column shape reflects the natural crystal habit of beryl, while its soft blue color is usually caused by trace iron within the crystal structure.

Ring material:
Brass with silver-tone finish.
Alternative finishes and sterling silver versions may be available upon request, depending on the design.
