About This Piece
About This Piece
This ring pairs a small Amethyst flower with two pieces of Brazilian Aquamarine. The purple flower is made from natural Amethyst crystal points, arranged like petals around a soft blue Aquamarine center, with a second raw Aquamarine set on the open band. Amethyst takes its name from the ancient Greek amethystos, meaning “not intoxicated,” while Aquamarine comes from the Latin aqua marina, meaning “water of the sea.”
