About This Piece
About This Piece
A sculptural ring built from raw Aquamarine from Brazil, arranged into a small flower with a Chalcopyrite center from Peru, and paired with a natural Herkimer Diamond Quartz from Pakistan on the other side. The contrast is what gives the piece its character: the flower feels airy and organic, while the double-terminated quartz brings a sharper, more structured presence.
Aquamarine has been admired for centuries for its sea-like clarity and was once associated with sailors and safe passage across water. Chalcopyrite is known for its metallic depth and golden tone, often prized more in mineral collections than in conventional jewelry. Beside them, Herkimer Diamond Quartz stands out for its naturally double-pointed form. Together, they create a ring that feels delicate at first glance, but geologically full of texture and contrast.

Details
Details
Stone: Aquamarine (Brazil), Chalcopyrite (Peru), Herkimer Diamond Quartz (Pakistan)
Formation:
Aquamarine is the blue to blue-green variety of beryl, formed in pegmatites and hydrothermal environments, where mineral-rich fluids allow crystals to develop slowly over time. Chalcopyrite is a copper iron sulfide mineral that commonly forms in hydrothermal veins and sulfide ore deposits, recognized for its metallic luster and brass-like tone. Herkimer Diamond Quartz is a naturally double-terminated quartz, known for growing with points at both ends rather than one, which gives it its distinctive geometry. In this ring, the aquamarine is arranged into a flower-like composition, while the Herkimer Diamond Quartz is kept closer to its natural crystal form.
Ring material: Brass with gunmetal-tone finish.
